Christian leads all partnership activities across Unqork ranging from strategy to go-to-market operations including cloud providers, global and boutique system integrators, marketplace and application partnerships. Christian has been with Unqork since March 2019. Prior to Unqork, Christian led Pre-Sales and Solutioning at Opera Solutions – an artificial intelligence and machine learning platform company. At IBM, Christian held a variety of strategy, sales and ecosystem leadership positions and helped launch the IBM Watson and IBM Blockchain Business Units. Earlier in his career, Christian worked at both Accenture and Scient.


Christian holds B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences as well as an MBA from UC Berkeley The Haas School of Business.

Lars is based in San Francisco, California, leading the insurance technology delivery practice. In this capacity he and his team have implemented a multitude of business-driven, technology-enabled offerings that both Property/Casualty, and Life & Annuity carriers are using to remain competitive in the digital marketplace.

Lars is a certified Service Quality partner and conducts quarterly program assessments on multiple implementations and engagements in North America. He and his team help carriers with the implementation of digital offerings, through various means including migrating the carrier’s legacy systems into the cloud to be used as callable services, rapidly designing and building new products and digital capabilities for carriers, running the products and digital offerings for carriers via a “platform as a service” model, and/or providing a completely outsourced offering from a business process, IT application and hosting perspective.

Lars has also been a Partner in the EY Guidewire practice in the US and Canada since 2014, and has otherwise been working with policy, billing and claim implementations since 1996. He has personally been involved with over 20 successful technology replacement programs.

Lars’s role included planning, estimating, program management, coordination and delivery of business cases, release plans, estimating models and estimates as well as delivery of new policy administration, billing and claims platforms.
